Shipping

UK

Boxed tracked delivery — £6.95.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. Most parcels arrive within 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Europe

Boxed tracked delivery — £16. Typically 4–7 working days. Local import duty or VAT may apply on arrival; this is the buyer's responsibility.

Rest of world

We currently only ship within the UK and Europe. For destinations elsewhere, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once the order has shipped. If a parcel hasn't moved in 5 working days, email ant@michaelhopeclothing.com with your order number and we'll look into it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging before you open it where possible, then email us. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
